The Relationship of Early Detection of Risk Pregnancy with Antenatal Care Visit Compliance in Wonosari Regional Public Hospital

Abstract
Pregnancy is a physiological process experienced by most women, however this can be a problem or pathological if the pregnancy is included in high risk. Problems or high risk factors can be seen or known by one of them conducting early assessment screening of high risk pregnancy.Early detection of pregnancy with risk factors is an activity undertaken to find pregnant women who have risk factors and obstetric complications.One of the instruments for early detection of risk pregnancies is the Poedji Rochyati score.. Routinely and comprehensively antenatal care can detect earlier the deviation and the risk which might be occured in pregnancy in order the deviation and the risk could be overcomed fast and appropriately. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between early detection of risk pregnancies and compliance with antenatal care visits at Wonosari Regional Public Hospital. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were pregnant women in the third trimester at Wonosari Regional Public Hospital. Research respondents were 52 respondents obtained by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the Poedji Rocjati Scorecard and the MCH Handbook. The analytical technique used is the Fisher Exact test. Based on bivariate analysis between early detection of risk pregnancies and compliance with antenatal care visits at Wonosari Hospital, the value was 0.374≥0.05. There is no relationship between early detection of risk pregnancies and compliance with antenatal care visits at Wonosari Regional Public Hospital.
