Abstract
Cesarean section delivery has an impact on the mother and baby. Post SC, the mother will experience pain, usually appearing 2 hours after the delivery process is complete. Pain in postoperative patients is acute and requires prompt treatment. Non-pharmacological or complementary therapies developed as alternative pain management services, one of which is massage. Foot massage therapy can have an effect on reducing pain because the massage given produces a stimulus that reaches the brain faster than the pain felt so that it produces serotonin and dopamine. Objective knowing the application of Foot Message therapy to reduce pain in Mrs. F Post Partum Sectio Caesaria in the Flamboyan Room. Research Methods: The case study research method was carried out on Mrs. F with Post Partum Sectio Caesarea. Data analysis using descriptive study. Research results nursing care Mrs. F found prioritizing nursing diagnosis problems, namely acute pain associated with physical injury agents (post Op SC wounds) (D0077). Previously established Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards with code I. 08238 with the addition of non-pharmacological foot massage therapy. Conclusion is the results of the evaluation carried out for 3 days of acute pain related to physical injury agents (post Op SC wounds) have been resolved.
