Abstract

Covid-19 is a pandemic that has resulted in a number of incidents around the world including in Indonesia, good knowledge of PHBS, a positive attitude, and PHBS behavior as an effort to prevent Covid-19 transmission is important to apply. The research objective was to determine the level of public knowledge about PHBS, community attitudes about PHBS and community behavior about PHBS during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive survey design on 202 communities in Mororejo village, Kaliwungu sub-district, Kendal district. With the random sampling proposal technique. Research that uses a questionnaire as a data tool and the data is analyzed univariately by presenting the variable frequency distribution. The results of the community analysis about PHBS during the Covid-19 pandemic were in the good category, namely 109 respondents (54.0%), the distribution of attitudes about PHBS in the positive category, namely 114 respondents (56.4%) and the distribution of community behavior about PHBS in the poor category namely 112 respondents (55.4%). It is hoped that the people of Mororejo village, Kaliwungu sub-district can improve PHBS behavior in preventing Covid-19 transmission to reduce the incidence of Covid-19.
