Overview of Ineffective Breastfeeding Management with Oxytocin Massage and Breast Care in Spontaneous Postpartum Mothers at RSUD Gondo Suwarno Ungaran

Abstract
Ineffective breastfeeding is dissatisfaction in the breastfeeding process felt by both the baby and the mother. Ineffective breastfeeding occurs due to abnormalities in the breasts, low milk production, problems experienced by newborns. The impact experienced by the mother and baby if the problem is not resolved is the anxiety experienced by the mother after giving birth, breast inflammation, breast milk production is not smooth, causing the baby's nutritional needs not to be met, the baby is susceptible to disease. This can be overcome by providing breastfeeding education, oxytocin massage and breast care to mothers. Objective for to provide an overview of ineffective breastfeeding with breastfeeding education, breast care and oxytocin massage. This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study to describe treatment problems in patients with ineffective breastfeeding problems. The approach used is a treatment approach which includes assessment, clotting diagnosis, intervention and evaluation. Sampling was carried out using the criteria of post partum mothers spontaneously giving birth to their first child. Results management was carried out 2 times 24 hours with the result that breastfeeding problems were not effectively resolved. The actions taken are breastfeeding education, oxytocin massage and breast care. After carrying out these nursing actions, the patient can explain breastfeeding education again, the patient knows the importance of breastfeeding for babies, can do oxytocin massage and breast care. Apart from that, the milk comes out smoothly, the baby is not fussy, and the baby is willing to breastfeed. Providing breastfeeding education, breast care and oxytocin massage is very effective for patients in overcoming the problem of ineffective breastfeeding.
