Planning of Analgesic Drug Based on ABC Analysis and ABC Critical Index at Darmayu Hospital Ponorogo

Abstract
Drug planning at the Darmayu Ponorogo hospital pharmacy installation still uses the consumption method, namely referring to previous drug use. By using the consumption method, it is not possible to know which drugs should be prioritized in planning, so with drug planning as it has been going on so far, it is possible for excess drug stock to occur. This study aims to determine the grouping of analgesic and control drugs based on ABC Analysis and ABC Critical Index at Darmayu Ponorogo Hospital. This research is a quantitative comparative research using ABC analysis and ABC Critical Index, involving the Darmayu Ponorogo Hospital Pharmacy Installation, specialist doctors and general practitioners. Primary data was obtained through interviews using questionnaires distributed to specialist doctors and general practitioners, while secondary data was obtained from the Pharmacy Installation section of Darmayu Ponorogo Hospital. Using ABC Analysis and ABC Critical Index, the results of research at Darmayu Ponorogo Hospital show that for ABC analysis based on the use value of group A there are 17 drug items or 22.1%, group B there are 21 drug items or 27.3%, and group C there are 39 drug items or 50.6%. Meanwhile, for ABC analysis based on investment value, for group A there are 5 drug items or 6.5%, for group B there are 23 drug items or 29.9%, and for group C there are 49 drug items or 63.6%. Then the results of the ABC Critical Index analysis show that for group A there are 3 drug items or 3.9%, group B there are 34 drug items or 44.2% and group C there are 40 drug items or 51.9%.
