The Relationship between Organizational Commitment and Community Health Center Management

Abstract
Management of a Community Health Center effectively, efficiently and with quality is a series of continuous routine activities, which must always be monitored periodically and controlled all the time, so that the Community Health Center can provide the best health services to the community in its working area. The problem with organizational commitment in community health centers is that all employees have good commitment. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and the implementation of community health center management at Tayu II Community Health Center. The type of research used is an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The population is 52 employees at the Tayu II Community Health Center. The sample takes the entire population to be used as a research sample. Data analysis uses Rank Spearmant. The research results show that the organizational commitment of employees at Tayu II Community Health Center is mostly good, 45 people (86.5) and 7 people (13.5%) in the fair category. The implementation of community health center management at Tayu II Community Health Center was mostly good with 50 people (96.25) and 2 people (3.8%) in the fair category. There is a relationship between employee organizational commitment and the implementation of community health center management at Tayu II Community Health Center. It is hoped that it can increase the organizational commitment of employees so that the implementation of community health center management runs optimally so that they are able to provide better services and improve the level of public health in their work areas.
