The Relationship of Knowledge and Attitudes Towards Employee Preparedness in Facing Fire Disasters in Medical Inpatition Sub Installations RSUP X Denpasar

Abstract
The high number of fire cases that occur every year makes fire disasters a serious problem for human life. In the hospital itself there are workers, visitors and patients who are in a weak condition and there are various kinds of chemicals that are explosive, flammable and there are electronic equipment that can cause electrical short circuits, whether you realize it or not, in the hospital environment there are many materials, tools. and potentially dangerous work processes. The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards employee preparedness in facing fire disasters at the Medical Inpatient Sub-Installation of RSUP X Denpasar. This research is quantitative research, using a cross sectional approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire measuring the level of knowledge, attitudes and individual characteristics as a data collection tool. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge of respondents' preparedness with a p value <0.05 (p=0.001), and there is a significant relationship between attitudes towards respondents' preparedness with a p value <0.05 (p=0.027).
